Join artist Kellyann Marie for a hands-on exploration of storytelling through textiles and mixed media. In this workshop, participants will create a small narrative fabric square or textile panel inspired by moments, memories, and everyday stories from their own lives.

Using accessible techniques such as cyanotype, stitching, drawing, and layering found materials, participants will build a composition that feels like a page from a personal storybook. Each piece might hold a family recipe, a beloved pet, a summer afternoon, a place you can’t stop thinking about, a person you miss, or an inside joke that still makes you smile.

This workshop invites participants to reflect on how fabric can hold memory and meaning, and how ordinary moments become the stories we carry with us. No prior experience is necessary—just come ready to experiment, play, and get a little messy, and leave with a handmade textile “story page” of your own.
