Jane’s Walk invites you to explore Kingston’s heritage and environment the weekend of May 2-4. This year there are 20 different opportunities, (half of which are new this year) to discover something about our diverse neighbourhoods. You can get up early with the birds, walk the streets lined with original limestone buildings, learn about our medical and shipping history, bike ride the K&P trail, explore parks large and small, appreciate the efforts of neighbourhood gardeners and unearth our buried past. Volunteer walk leaders encourage you to join these walking conversations about our city.
More details of the walks and details on start times, accessibility and start location can be found on the Jane’s Walk website https://janeswalkkingston.wordpress.com/ The walks are free and take place Friday May 2, Saturday May 3 and Sunday May 4 mornings and afternoons, rain or shine.
