Creative Connections Lab – First Session: Group Art Therapy

Tett Centre for Creativity & Learning is launching Creative Connections Lab, a free, inclusive program of interdisciplinary, artist-led workshops for adults (18+), with a focus on increasing access for individuals who face barriers to participating in the arts and opportunities for social connection. Participants explore multiple art forms—visual arts, movement, music, and storytelling—while fostering self-expression, connection, and community.

Join Art Therapy Student Caitlyn Chisamore (@caitlynchisamore) for the first session, featuring personal and collaborative art making, journaling, and group sharing in a small, supportive group.
