What: Physical Activity and Exercise Showcase Presented by: The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at Providence Care Hospital

When: 23 April 2026, 2pm - 4pm

Where: Providence Care Hospital, Founder’s Hall, 752 King Street, Kingston, ON, K7L 4X3

Why: Attend the Physical Activity and Exercise Showcase. A variety of Programs, businesses, and Facilities will attend to provide information, demonstrations, and answer your questions on how they can help you attain your physical activity and exercise goals! Our cardiac rehab team and your fellow cardiac rehab peers will also join the fun. This is a free community event with special invitations to all cardiac rehab participants past, present, and future. 

How: The showcase will have a variety of programs, facilities, businesses or other resources with a designated table around the Hall. We invite you to interact with Staff members, peers, and representatives to build your confidence in your physical activity and exercise plan, or catchup and have a good time! Healthy snacks provided. 

Next Steps: Attend on 23 April 2026 from 2-4pm. Friends, family, and others are welcome to attend.
