Teen Chef’s Ticket: Italian Cuisine is an interactive cooking experience designed for teens who are ready to cook independently and expand their culinary skills. Hosted by Cravin', this drop-off class guides participants through the preparation of a complete Italian meal using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques.

Participants are led step by step through essential kitchen skills, beginning with hand-rolling fresh fettuccine pasta and learning how to prepare both a classic tomato basil sauce and a rich, creamy alfredo. Along the way, teens develop knife skills, timing strategies, and organization habits that build real confidence in the kitchen.

Each participant receives their own workstation, tools, ingredients, and recipe package, allowing them to assemble their dishes throughout the session while tasting and learning. The experience concludes with the preparation of tiramisu, a beloved Italian dessert that adds a sweet finish to the meal.

Once cooking is complete, teens sit down together to enjoy their creations and package up leftovers to take home.

Designed specifically for ages 15–17, this workshop moves at a faster pace while maintaining a welcoming, social atmosphere. With small group sizes and hands-on instruction, participants are encouraged to work independently, explore new flavours, and take pride in a meal made entirely by themselves.
